Austin Palmer-Smith
Born in Paris and raised in New York, Austin Palmer-Smith is an accomplished artist specializing in murals and fine art. He studied painting under the renowned Lawrence Gipe at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he honed his craft and developed his distinctive artistic voice.
He later returned to New York City, where he collaborated with his father to create murals and commissions for top designers and high-profile clients, including celebrities.
Austin’s work spans a range of subjects but often focuses on the intricate beauty of water, capturing its movement and light with remarkable precision. His pieces are held in numerous private and public collections across the United States.
In addition to exhibiting his work, Austin has participated in prestigious competitions and charity auctions, further solidifying his presence in the art world. Today, he continues to create from his studio on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, where he remains dedicated to producing evocative, large-scale murals and fine art.

Glenn Palmer-Smith
Glenn Palmer-Smith holds Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, and Master of Fine Arts degrees. After three years of teaching, he worked as associate Art Director for Sports Illustrated magazine. At that time, he began photographing for Time Life and various editorial outlets, which led to a career in fashion photography. Moving to Paris, he worked for many years for the top fashion magazines, British Vogue, Marie Claire, and Depeche Mode—as well as major cosmetics brands such as Revlon and CoverGirl.
Upon returning to New York, Glenn shifted into artist representation, working with leading photographers in advertising. Eventually, he moved back to New York and returned to his first love, painting, and established a studio with his son, Austin. Together, they have created murals for top interior designers across the country, with commissions in private homes, institutions, and prestigious showhouses such as Kips Bay and L.A. Showhouses.
In addition to his mural work, Glenn authored Murals of New York City (Rizzoli), now in its second edition, and taught a course on mural history at The New School. His paintings are represented by galleries in New York and London.
